efficiently designed that nearly any person with minimal competence
can effectively deliver (with minimal preparation),
any of the 48 lessons included in
the program.
SafeWatch is a highly
visual complete program that utilizes
visual aids and icons to
guide the instructor through the simple 10-step preparation
process.
Individual Fully Scripted Lesson Plans:
 Each
SafeWatch lesson plan identifies the:
- Time requirement
- Review of the last lesson
- Current topic introduction
- Anticipated learning outcome
- Handouts and visual aids
- Lesson specific instruction
- Safe work practices
- Incorporation and scripting of outlines
for group discussion and interaction
Each lesson also includes lesson specific visual aids to
use in hazard specific identification.
Law reference:
In accordance with MSHA Part 46,
each lesson specifically states law reference
and policy associated with the lesson
topic.
Record Keeping:
SafeWatch incorporates record
keeping guides and forms to assist in meeting requirements
set forth by 30 CFR 56.
